Worry Less…Love More

When we are in a mixed faith relationship, many of us experience A LOT OF WORRY.

I know I sure have.

I worried about almost everything.

Here are just a few items that were on the menu for me to worry about:

*Worry about my loved ones choices.
*Worry about our eternal family.
*Worry about the Word Of Wisdom.
*Worry about how to teach the kids.
*Worry about other peoples opinions.
*Worry about tithing.

I thought it was necessary for me to worry (I thought it was in my job description as a wife and mom).

I thought worry was the loving thing to do.

Worry is not necessary or loving.

Worry is imagining the worst case scenario.
Worry is disappointment ahead of time.

Worry is walking around with an open umbrella waiting for it to rain...even when it is not raining.
Worry stops me from being present and enjoying my people as they are today.

You know what feels better than worry?

LOVE!

Love more and worry less.

When we focus on our relationships instead of constantly worrying about our people we show up so much better in our lives.
