A Very Powerful Tool
Before I found the tools of coaching I thought something was wrong with my life.
After getting married in the temple I found myself in a mixed faith marriage.
I had a great life with a supportive husband, 3 healthy kids, and all of our needs met.
I had lots of friends, tons of support from extended family, and a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
But life was turning out different than I planned on.
It didn't look the way I thought it was supposed to.
I blamed the situation I was in.
I was full of resentment and grief.
And I was so unhappy.
I felt like a victim and felt rather hopeless at times.
I stayed really busy spiritually, socially, and physically so I didn't have to deal with what was going on emotionally.
I tried to outrun how I was feeling or pretend everything was just fine.
I just pushed it all down.
And when we push down our emotions they eventually push back as mine did.
I wasted lots of time and energy trying to get others to change so I could be happy.
Until I found coaching.
Coaching helped me find what was in my control.
Coaching taught me the truth about myself and my brain and my life.
Coaching helped me to deal with my resentment and grief, it also helped me create more connection and peace.
And that is why I never stop talking about the power of coaching.
I would love to help you create more of what you want in your mixed faith relationships.
