WORRY FEELS IMPORTANT

May I interrupt your amazing Thanksgiving leftovers for just a minute?

My name is Chris Rich and I am a recovering worrier.

Are you a worrier as well?

For some reason, worry feels important.

I thought it was in my job description as a wife and mother to worry.

When my loved ones left the church, it kicked into overdrive.

Our brains think that if we worry about something it is important to us or that we care about it.

Here's the thing, worry just wears us out.

It doesn't solve any problems.

When we operate from worry, we don't usually show up as our best selves.

The Savior gave us permission to "Fear Not".

Do we follow His loving advice in our mixed faith relationships?

His job is to save them.

Our job is to love them.

If you are struggling with worry, I invite you to join me on a free mini session.
