It all starts with your thoughts, my friend.

We think tens of thousands of thoughts per day.

Most of them are unconscious thoughts, many of them are thoughts we have practiced over and over so now we just automatically believe them to be true.

It is our brain's default setting. ​

What thoughts pop up for you when you ask yourself, "What do I think about my mixed faith family?"

  • This isn’t what I signed up for.

  • It isn't supposed to be like this.

  • Something has gone wrong.

  • I need to fix this.

  • Our family is broken.

  • I failed as a parent or spouse.

  • We don’t fit in.

I know from first hand experience these thoughts cause a lot of pain.

Awareness can be so powerful!

Pay attention to your default thoughts when it comes to your mixed faith relationships.

The next step is to question your thoughts.

Look at them each individually.

Do you like what these thoughts make you feel? ​
