Would you ever talk to a child the way you talk to yourself?

I want you to think of your favorite picture of you as a child.

Do you have one in mind?

It’s ok if you have multiple favorites, because you were an amazing kid!

Do you ever say things like:

  • You are a bad mom.

  • Why would you do something so stupid?

  • You are not very smart.

  • You are broken.

  • God could never love you after what you just did.

  • You stink as a wife.

  • You will never figure this out.

  • What is your problem?

  • Why do you mess everything up?

  • You are a failure.

  • You just have a hard life.

  • You are not cut out for this.

  • You really should lose some weight.

  • Man you are lazy!

  • Quit being so emotional.

Would you say those same things to that amazing little human in the photo?

I would never tell the 6 year old me in my UNDEROOS anything less than you are a superhero!

If you wouldn’t talk to your 6 year old self (or your own child) the way you talk to yourself now, I have some homework for you…STOP IT.

Pay attention to the way you talk to yourself; it matters!

Did you know your self esteem is based off of the thoughts you think about yourself.

It doesn’t really matter what you accomplish, if you treat yourself like garbage you will feel like garbage.

When you love yourself, it is a heck of a lot easier to love other people.

We try so hard to keep the commandment to love our neighbor as ourself, often time we miss the foundation of that: LOVE YOURSELF.

One of my super powers is helping people learn to love themselves.

Join me on a free mini session and let’s celebrate the good in you!
