Why Coaching?
People ask me all the time what coaching is.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, positive affirmations, or just thinking happy thoughts.
It's not advice or being told what to do.
It's a work out for your brain that will change you.
It is not venting with a gal pal, although I highly recommend that as well.
Coaching is a judgement free, safe, open space for you to figure things out.
If you ask 10 different people their opinion, you will get 10 different options.
As your coach, I don't share my opinion.
I won't tell you what you should do because only you know that.
Getting coached helps you to figure out who you want to be, how you want to show up.
It is honest and real... delivered with loving kindness.
Not only will you see your self in a new way, you will see your loved ones and the world around you in a new way.
