What About My Needs?

I have been married for 24 years and been a mom for 20.5.

I have learned lots of great things during this time.

One of the most important things I have learned is that I need to take care of me.

I love helping women because they rarely get to be the one that needs help.

They are always focused on their loved ones.

We are not robots.

We are humans with big emotions, broken hearts, and hard stuff.

We need our own support system.

Remember how you are supposed to put your own oxygen mask first?

One of the best gifts we can give our loved ones is to take care of ourselves.

I would love to be a part of your support system.

If you want to connect with your loved ones, you need to connect with yourself first.

Are you ready to do that?

It’s your turn friend.
