Love More In Your Relationships
With Valentine’s Day in the air, love is on my mind! We all know love is important in our relationships—hopefully, you’re thinking, “Well, of course!” But have you ever considered why cultivating more love is so powerful? For me, there are two big reasons: (1) Love feels good, and (2) I show up as my best self when I feel good.
LOVE FEELS GOOD! 💖
Here’s the thing: we feel our own emotions. When we feel love for someone, we’re the ones who get to enjoy that feeling—though, of course, others benefit too! The more love we feel, the better we feel. In fact, loving others is a powerful form of self-care because it feels so rewarding. So when we don’t feel love, we’re actually missing out on the chance to feel amazing.
LOVE IMPROVES HOW WE SHOW UP 🌟
When I feel great, I act great. And when my actions are fueled by love, I love how I show up. I often ask myself, “What would love do?”—love for me, love for my person, and love for my Heavenly Parents. This question helps me bring my best self to even the toughest conversations and situations.
