I Worry What They Will Think.
Have you ever been stressed out during General Conference or maybe when your spouse came to watch the kids in the Primary Program?
You just want things to go well and you find yourself thinking, "I just don't want them to get triggered."
It's such a beautiful thought, right?
It sounds like it is coming from a loving place, but it is actually a sneaky way of trying to manage their emotions.
Trying to manage our loved ones emotions sounds really nice and thoughtful.
The problem is, not only is it impossible to do, it is usually done at our own emotional expense.
Instead of trying to manage their emotions, what if you just focus on managing yours?
Let other people feel however they want to feel.
Emotions are not a problem...your emotions or your loved ones.
You are the only person you have any control over.
And if you want some help learning how to do this, come join me in coaching.
I'll teach you exactly how to do this.
