Don't judge yourself, just check in to see how you are feeling.
I want you to visualize yourself showing up as the partner and parent you want to be on the big day.
I was going to have you close your eyes, but that makes it challenging to read this email ;)
What are you doing?
How are you feeling?
And most importantly, what are you thinking?
Keep visualizing.
This is like a dress rehearsal, but instead of it being a play...you can make it reality.

I love asking myself HOW DO I WANT TO FEEL?
That helps me remember my emotions don't just happen to me.
Emotions don't come from your circumstances, they come from the meaning you give or the thoughts you think about those circumstances.
