Looking for a cheerleader? I know the perfect one!

Last weekend I had the honor of cheering for my husband as he crossed the finish line of the Jackson Hole, Wyoming Marathon AND completed his goal to run a marathon in every state. Yep, 26.2 miles in ALL FIFTY STATES. A substantial crew of us whooped/hollered, rang cow bells, and held up creative signs (I thought it said 2.62! You think this is hard, try growing bangs! Go, Daddy Go!) as we supported our favorite runner. We didn't just cheer for him, we cheered for all the amazing athletes that were giving it their all. I love watching people's eyes light up when they realize that someone is cheering for them. Not only did my husband appreciate our support, we also benefited. There is magic in being a cheerleader. It feels good to get cheered for and it feels fantastic letting other people know they are doing a great job.

This was a grand event with announcers, megaphones, and all sorts of spectators; what about the small events where no one is there to cheer you on?  I don't know about you, but I don't get a medal for making dinner, a poster that says "Hey mom! Thanks for doing 6 loads of laundry today!",  a high five for a ride home from school, and sometimes not even a thank you.

I am about to share a secret of the universe with you.   Think of how you wished the people in your life would cheer you on and do that for yourself!  I am great at cheering others on and I bet YOU are too!  Cheer yourself on.  Seriously.  It feels just as amazing as if someone else did it.  Sometimes I stand in front of the mirror and look into my own eyes.  I have a conversation with myself that goes something like this, "Chris Rich you are a rockstar.  Thanks for showing up today.  Thanks for making dinner for your family.  You are a laundry diva!  That was a serious pile of clothes you got through.  Thanks for showing up for your clients today. You did a great job.  I love you!"  My one on one pep talk validates me.  When my people cheer me on, it is a cherry on top because I have already done it for myself.  I would love to help you cheer yourself on more.  I can help you become your best cheerleader.  Click below and let's set up a free consultation.  YOU GOT THIS!  GO YOU!!
