Let’s pretend for a minute…

Want to try something super powerful?

Step 1: Imagine your connected and truest self (or anything else you want to work on).

Example:

My connected and truest self:

  • Is confident.

  • Loves me, takes care of me, and validates me.

  • Communicates effectively.

  • Makes a difference in the lives of those around me.

  • Full of love for my people and God.

  • Loves other people even when I don’t agree with them.

  • Shows up as the person I want to be.

  • Is open, authentic, and honest.

  • Can trust in myself.

  • Is capable of receiving personal revelation.

  • Replaces judgment with curiosity and compassion.

Step 2: Try all of those on for a minute, like a piece of clothing you would like to own.

Feel all those emotions.

Imagine it!

Visualize it!

Say it out loud to yourself.

Sink into it. 

Practice being that person RIGHT NOW.

Don’t wait until you’ve got it all figured out - practice being your connected and truest self right now. 

This is an energy boost to your progress. 

Pro tip: Like everything I teach - this applies to so much more than connection in your relationships. Use this for any area you’re feeling stuck in (weight loss, goal setting, building your dream business, etc)

You don’t have to have it all figured out yet. 

You don’t have to have the results yet. 

You have Heavenly Parents that DELIGHT to bless you and if you do this regularly, you can expect miracles.
